Some time in life, we feel overwhelmed with relationships or responsibilities related to home or work. Anger does have facets of poor emotional regulation. Sometimes we are literally not in control of our outbursts or mood. We may feel disrespected or talked down to. We will explore techniques to reduce negative emotions such as breathing or removing ourselves from stressful situations. Sometimes if feels like the car is driving us, instead of us driving the car. Sometimes anger is depression forced inward.
